Once your request has been received, one of our design consultants will reach out to schedule a 30-minute appointment. At your appointment our consultant will guide you through recommendations from our collection based on your design selections for your room. All of our design consultations will be done through Microsoft Teams so please make sure you have the app downloaded ahead of time. In order to maximize your design consultation, please have your colour scheme, and design inspiration ready to share. It is always helpful if you have your cabinetry colour, flooring, backsplash or any other design selections ready to share with our team members. Once your appointment is complete, a summary and images of your selections will be e-mailed to you. HanStone Canada is the manufacturer of the quartz slabs, we do not fabricate or install the material. If you are not working with a fabricator or kitchen dealer, we would be happy to make some recommendations, and refer you to one of our dealers. Subject to availability, samples can be requested and shipped to your home. Please note that all virtual design consultations are only available to residents of Canada.
